About the editor
Dr. Esteban Emiliani is the Chief of Endourology at NYU Langone Health – Brooklyn. Previously, he worked as a consultant urologist at the urolithiasis and endourology unit in Fundació Puigvert, Barcelona (Spain).
He has many years of experience in the field of endourology, having completed a fellowship from the Endourological Society at Tenon Hospital (Sorbonne University) in Paris and at MPUH in Nadiad, India.
His knowledge and clinical expertise have helped him to become an expert in urolithiasis and endourology being a very active academic having published 95+ Publications in indexed peer-review journals. His academic appointments includes: Endourological Society ex-officio board member and Chair of the Young Urologists group. Endourological Society delegate (Spain). EAU Uro-technology section (ESUT) ex-officio board member. YAU Endourology group member and Secretary of the PETRA group. European Board of Urology (EBU) Committee member. IAU guidelines committee member. He is an editorial board member for the World Journal of Urology, Actas Urológicas Españolas, Turkish Journal of Urology and BMC urology.
Dr. Emiliani is continuously invited to national and international meetings as moderator, lecturer and surgeon for live surgery including the EAU, AUA and major urological courses.
